Each year, more than 7,500 motorcyclists pack the streets of Indiana Avenue in Riverside, California, to observe and participate in the tradition of West Coast Thunder Memorial Day Motorcycle Ride. Participants stage in the streets in front of Riverside Harley-Davidson covering all four lanes.
The parade has a police escort, allowing for safe riding along the route to the venue.
Community members line the parade route, waving flags, while veterans salute in uniform.
Donations to West Coast Thunder Foundation help build monuments and provide ancillary support resources to the Riverside National Cemetery.
